He’s led many multi-award winning marketing campaigns and even had his content featured at international film festival.

Natalie Sargeant – Head of Customer Experience.

As Integrity Life's head of customer experience she’s been instrumental in delivering a better customer experience, as well as developing their award-winning Adviser portal for the retail market. Motivated by her personal experience with life insurance claims, she views the world through the customer lens. She's also danced with Mick Jagger!
